Juliann is the current Administrator/Planner and Sister Cities Coordinator for the City of Gastonia. Previously, she served as the Director of Keep Gastonia Beautiful and worked as a Case Management Specialist for FHA and Section 8 recipients. She has also hosted job internships for Dream Center Academy. Juliann holds both a Federal Housing Counselor and Real Estate Broker License. In addition to her administrative roles, she is skilled in marketing, networking, and serves as a startup business coach, helping others build and grow their businesses.
